Reports coming in the CJ Bryce (6-5, 190) SG from Huntersville, NC has been offered by App State this afternoon. He's in the class of 2015. High Point has offered as well.

After showing in Sacramento he tells me High Point & App St have now offered. His 1st two. Congrats!

I am really glad to see this. I got to see him play and emailed, Capel et.al. about him. I am glad it just confirms what that I thought he was a player. NM played him on the wing and posted him up against us but he clearly had a great first step and could create his own shot! #hAPPy about this!

He's been added to the Main Page now with a player page. A short video clip was all I could find at first search but I'll look deeper and add when I find one.

Also possibly of note - Team United also includes in-state 2015 prospects Luke Maye and Shaun Kirk. Don't know if App is pursuing either, but both have gotten some high-major interest but not necessarily offers yet.

I am likely to get HAMMERED for this comment but...I saw Maye play twice. His is NOT quick enough to guard the 3 in the SoCon IMO...and he is not strong enough to guard the 4 or 5. Now offensively he can shoot from three and is a position rebounder/scorer. (Out positions people on the board).

Now he will get stronger but I do not see him getting quicker....so defensively we would have to help him out A LOT.....or he would have to get A LOT better.

He is NOT his dad....but the "word" around here is that he can go to UNC if he wants and be on the team.

Coach Fox is going to go watch 2015 SG Steven Santa-Ana next week. He plays at Ardrey Kell High in Charlotte. He has an offer from Elon among others.

One of Kell's trainers is an Elon grad. She will do all she can to keep him away from App and steer him to Elon. Whether that means anything or not, it's worth noting.

Maybe be, but he is dating one of our Freshman Golfers from the same HS, maybe that could help?

Per Twitter, Davidson Day PG Kenny Hairston will be in Boone today for an unofficial visit.

From internet reports and his twitter PG/SG Nick Rutherford (6' 3" 180) of Allen High School in Allen TX received a reported offer from App while on an unofficial visit today. A player page with video highlights has been added to the Main Page.

His 24/7 profile lists Allen as the school but shows him from Indianapoils. Other sites show him at Pike High School in Indy so my guess is he moved. His profile only shows the App offer but on his twitter he reports offers from UTEP, Western Illinois, FAU, and one other. His twitter locks up and won't go far enough back to see who it is.

Just wanted to let everyone know it's taken most of the day but I've finally got the 2015 and 2016 pages up to date with player pages with highlights added to them. Things have been real busy and several of the 2015 players were offered under the previous staff. It appears as if the offers still stand so I've gone ahead and updated the info. I'll remove any that change.

Per HoopSeen Twitter feed, Shabazz has transferred to Huntington (WV) Huntington Prep (Huntington Catholic National High School) for his senior year. He's already playing with his new team and scored 34 points and pulled 9 boards in an international tourney championship game in Dubai--a game his team lost. The 6-3 SG claims offers from AppState, UNC Greensboro, UNC Wilmington, Old Dominion, Jacksonville, Hofstra, Gardner Webb, Liberty and The Citadel. Rhode Island and Middle Tennessee State have also expressed interest.
