Well...everyone should get some minutes.I see Harcum ,CJ and Don getting double figures then a lot of feeding it inside to the three new bigs.

I love the ball movement on offense. Xavion Brown is going to be fun. And Mantis scoring will be a big boost.

Most importantly, 23-24 from the FT line in the first half.

Free throw shooting has been stellar tonight. It can and will win or lose you some games. Getting to the line and shooting at this clip all season would be a massive step forward for this team.

I like what I've seen except for some sloppy defense. WW has some shooters, but they're still D3. We'll learn some "stuff" Thursday night with LeVell Moton's team in town. I hear they're loaded again.

Mantis was holding the knee when he came down from the alley oop. Hope it’s not serious.

His HS highlights reminded me a lot of a more agile Donte Minter.

142 - 74 Final

FT Shooting...39 of 43...90.7% not too shabby!

New school record against a scrappy, no quitting allowed D3 team.

I'll give WW credit, they played their game throughout. Think it helped keep App on their toes and got a lot of guys some good minutes.

Hard to really know how much of the good stuff I saw tonight was legit because Warren Wilson is literally not our division. However, that free throw percentage… me likey

Who knows given the opponent, but the up tempo was fun to watch tonight. Nice student turnout too.

Great start. I know in the past we have laid some eggs in these games. Good to lay some wood.

I don’t want to get excited because it’s against Warren Wilson, but I’ll admit it I’m excited.

NC Central will pose a greater challenge. They overcame a 16 point deficit in Charlottesville to actually take the lead before losing by 12.

Scoring 142 is impressive regardless of opponent, well executed game yesterday.

Free throw shooting and ball movement were the bright spots to me

Listened to the BGP podcast last night, they had Kerns on. He got me pumped for basketball, most depth we've had since he's been here and should play much faster.

Looking forward to seeing them in person after the ODU game, highly encourage everyone staying up for the weekend to come!

Also basketball sold over 1,000 season tickets, a record for us.

How many guys on this team are transfers and from where? I could see Kerns really using the portal to his advantage. We’re a program on the rise with an opportunity to win this conference every year.

WW obviously way outclassed and some of our bigs looked even bigger last night in comparison. As mentioned FT shooting very nice. Hopefully that is a positive trend moving forward as tougher games create more of the pucker factor.

Where are we reasonably predicted to finish in the Belt?
