What’s a reasonable expectation for the program?

Average would be finishing in the top half 50% of the time and top four 25% of the time, that should be achievable for someone nine years into their tenure. I think she's an amazing person, lover to listen to her interviews and the way she talks about the players. However at some point this is still a meritocracy. To be fair I'd wager we're achieving the results correlated with our budget. And when you don't have a reputation of success that's tough to overcome.

4 of 9 years she's finished above .500 in conference play, but never higher than 5th (twice made that mark).
