Really hate to be that guy, but at what point do we start looking elsewhere? I HATE talking about getting rid of a coach, but I think we have seen what we are capable of with this staff. Not terrible, not great, just pretty middle of the road every year. Angel seems to be a great person, and her players seem to love her, but with the popularity of the women’s college game growing, when do we start holding it to the standard of some of our other programs? I could be wrong, but just a thought.

GO APPS!!

I began to wonder the same thing around the time the fireClark folks started rattling sabres. Everything that was said about Shawn could easily apply to Angel. “Good coach” , “players love her, “she may have a ceiling.” I believe there are a few factors involved that keep the “time for a change” at bay. I think that she was signed until 2027 I believe. She is a cancer survivor. She checks the DEI box. Are those good reasons to keep her or move on?

What’s a reasonable expectation for the program?
