Yosef Club members can buy a pass for the new deck. The information is hard to find. I had no idea when I went up the the Troy game. Had to find out when trying to turn off f Rivers Street. The deck wasn't even half full while most fans had to walk with temps in the teens and strong winds. Not a fan friendly move.

We promoted this new 600 space deck as a way to make parking better for those attending basketball games. This has always been the number one issue with HCC. So now we have a solution, but we're going to limit it for no good reason without really getting that message out to the fanbase. That deck should be available to anyone with JET, University Drive, and Rivers Street deck being overflow for highly attended games. An average of 3 people per car would mean 1,800 fans could take advantage of the new deck. That's a large portion of our typical crowd. Probably a dumb question, but is this a season-long pass or is it game by game? Also, do you have to have season tickets to purchase? It would also be helpful to have the option to purchase parking along with your ticket, highlighting it just before you check out. I've seen this on other sites.
It is a season long pass. Just like football, you get a hang tag to display in the window. Two things our athletic department fails at regularly and miserably; 1) Communication 2) Concern for fans. I agree it should be a benefit included with season ticket holders, but everyone else should have the option to pay at the gate. Last I had heard, there was going to be a level or two reserved for season ticket holders and then the higher levels would be available to other on first come basis. What happened to that plan? I'd be happy to pay $5 or $10 to park there on a cold night even as a YC member since I don't have season tickets. It's kind of like the talk of having a Club Room in the NEZ that never materialized and then they suddenly got rid of it completely. We're being asked to give more every year but getting less. We just do a lot of things that make it difficult on fans and/or don't show appreciation for those that support the program.
Appreciate the response and I certainly understand the sentiment and your questions on the process are fair. As a season ticket holder, I can park anywhere on levels 3-6. I’m not sure how many levels there are but 6 seems about right. As to the unused spaces being used on a first come first serve basis, we need more information. For instance, how many of those spaces would be available for non pass holders on a per game basis? I don’t think that all 600 spaces are available for ticket holders, but let’s say 500 are and you sold 400 passes. That leaves you with 100 spaces for first come first serve. Seems like an easy fix. I would prefer a purchase before you go option as to cut down on the traffic backup trying to get in.
