App's Basketball team has more potential to win the SOCON than their Football team. Crazy, I know, but it's true.

How do you know it's true? The Apps have only lost one conference game with several left and the conference is having a weak year according many on this board. It looks dismal at his point, but I just don't see the evidence compared to basketball except basketball hasn't lost a game yet.

Having said that, I'm very worried about Samford but not many others.

You're right. I guess we aren't mathematically out of the race at 1-1 in the SOCON

. I do, however, certainly have a hard time believing that it's likely at this point. I also truly believe Capel has a squad that can make a run in Asheville come March.
