Final Score 74-66.

The women had a lot of hustle at the end. Davidson had a chance to take the lead late in the game, but missed a layup and it felt like at that point App kicked into a higher level.

Sydnor had some great FTs at the end.

I agree with you 1000%. She is a phenomenal player. She can shoot the mid range, beat you to the rim and the three pointer. I am really proud of our ladies for standing strong today.

Great win. Considering how the App teams the last two years struggled against the Davidson zone, it was great to finally get one.

At one point before the fouling at the end, FT's were 28-7 in favor of Davidson. Ridiculous. Refs were really bad. Inconsistent and let play go down low which led to some hard fouls late. Darcie has generally been mild-mannered this year as far as I've seen but she blew a gasket in the first half over a call.

The team hit some key shots and played solid defense, which helps to win games like this. Also, having Sydnor go off for 36 and 15 helps as well.
