With the additions of Ford and Terrell over the past few days, here's a look at who Fox has brought on as a PWO during his short tenure.

It's Dylan Hodson, not Dodson. He had surgery (I believe back surgery) during the season and was not even listed in the App State student database last time I checked..

If we don't sign 1 or 2 scholarship post players in this class next year could be a tough one.

I hope the article is wrong and we do sign a big.

Like everyone, I'd like to add a big this year, but only if we can add one who can actually help. As the saying goes in recruiting, it's not the ones you miss that kill you, it's the ones you sign who don't pan out.

I don't think Fox is going to hamstring the program for four years by reaching for guys who can't play just because they're tall. If we can't sign someone worth adding, just get what you can from the four bigs we have and expect to see some four-guard lineups.

Call me crazy (insert joke here) but something tells me we might not be done yet.

Shout out to app97 for calling me out on mistakenly calling Dylan Hodson -- Dylan Dodson. It has been corrected!

I, for one, do hope we add another scholarship player to this year's haul. A solid post player would be ideal. I hope I'm wrong in that regard as well and as I said in a previous thread, recruiting for 2015 is far from over.

I'm definitely no insider nor claim to be, I just don't see us adding anyone else and putting a firm focus on 2016. No reason behind that other than just speculation. Hope I'm wrong. We do have offers out there.

Can you imagine a roster with 19-20 kids on it if we add another player or two?

I don't think Fox's announcement of an agreement with two PW's in any way precludes the use of his remaining scholarships to fill slots. All one has to do is read the stats pages from the season just completed to see where our needs are. The sore spots just jump off the page at you.

http://www.appstatesports.com/fls/21500 ... amcume.htm

In almost every category in cumulative stats, the opposition bested Fox's Apps. In some categories, they were bested by a large margin.

One glaring stat is that our two best returning rebounders are Eaves and Clarke, Are you kidding me? Another glaring stat is the team's overall and individual shooting percentages. Big ouch there!

Then there are all of those turnovers!

Regarding Hodson, if he returns to the team next season, he'd be doing so as a redshirt freshmen. He recorded no stats as a player during the just-concluded season. The fact that he apparently isn't in school this semester makes his return in the falll seem pretty unlikely.

Pretty much what I was hinting at. ;)
