Re: WBB @ Georgia State
Need to win this one because a loss would put us in a tie with Ga State and they would have the tie break having beaten us in Boone already. We close the season with the #1 and #2 teams in the Belt. So, this is a must win.

#11 is a freshman and hit a crucial three and some FTs near the end of the game. Her performance makes me think positively for the next few years.

K.Kraven was one of the better prep players in the state for three straight years. I thought we were fortunate to sign her. Coach Elderkin, on paper at least, has had an outstanding recruiting haul this season, also. I think optimism is in order for our women's program.

Madi Story has also had a fine season. And Bayley Plummer is on the way. Things are looking up for the ladies.

And Chuck, Ms. Craven is a fine defensive player, as well. She has quick hands and causes problems for opposing guards. Elderkin has two gems in Craven and Story.asu66 wrote:K.Kraven was one of the better prep players in the state for three straight years. I thought we were fortunate to sign her. 30 years almost after high school and notice Madi is from Bandys and I cringe just a small amount. (I went to Bunker Hill.)Appsolutely wrote:Madi Story has also had a fine season. And Bayley Plummer is on the way. Things are looking up for the ladies.
Glad she is a Mountaineer however!
