Colorado character
What the world went on with Colorado? The word is out now. Poor character comes out; what kind of program is Deion running?

Re: Colorado character
I guess it is what it is. At this point in a school year all the players would be 18 or older. The school didn't pay for it, NIL did.

I thought Shedeur actually rented it for his teammates.appdaze wrote: ↑Sat Jan 04, 2025 11:49 amI guess it is what it is. At this point in a school year all the players would be 18 or older. The school didn't pay for it, NIL did.

It didn’t work well for Atlanta Falcons before Super Bowl either.

Re: Colorado character
You are correct, but where did he get the money? His dad isn't going to provide foe that because he has a reputation to protect. Where did Shedeur get money then? Re: Colorado character

Re: Colorado character
Correct, but specifically Shedeur's NIL money. Probably not the best use of his money will prepping for a bowl game.appdaze wrote: ↑Sat Jan 04, 2025 1:19 pmYou are correct, but where did he get the money? Re: Colorado character
Yes, it’s his money to do with as he wishes. But it was a poor decision. Doing it right before a bowl game was the cherry on top of a s**t sundae.
The Sanders family may love the circus, but most NFL Owners/GM’s/coaches do not. And they tend to sit up and take notice in situations like this.

He’s a public figure so he’s subject to people commenting on his actions. He’s free to do whatever he wants with his money just as others are free to comment.AppinVA wrote: ↑Sat Jan 04, 2025 3:21 pm…but it’s none of our business how he spends his earned income.hapapp wrote: ↑Sat Jan 04, 2025 2:56 pmCorrect, but specifically Shedeur's NIL money. Re: Colorado character
Wasn’t concerned about how he spent his money. Was concerned that it was 2x just before a game that his dad/coach said “all my team is going to the bowl and we aim to win.” Seems like the players had something going on they thought more important than the game. And then played like it. Draft stock may drop. The NFL teams do all those psyche profiles.
Then I’m sure you’ve read the article on the culture in the program and players and coaches are leaving it. Doesn’t help Deion get a job in the pros if that’s what he wants.

Re: Colorado character
They call that a team building exercise.
NIL is the new name of what was called, "The Bag Man" or "Under the Table."
Maybe BYU paid for the strip club.
BYU vs CU, Moral vs morale.

Re: Colorado character
I don’t. I merely made a statement about how it may have affected the bowl and may affect Sanders’ draft stock.
