I didn't know it but they are locals boys from just up the road from my new home. It hit pretty hard over here.

Yep, this is a hard knock! Two of the greatest lines in movie history: “I love the smell of napalm in the morning” Apocalypse Now. And “ I call that bold talk by a one eyed fat man.” True grit.

Second Hand Lions
“I'm Hub McCann. I've fought in two World Wars and countless smaller ones on three continents. I led thousands of men into battle with everything from horses and swords to artillery and tanks. I've seen the headwaters of the Nile, and tribes of natives no white man had ever seen before. I've won and lost a dozen fortunes, KILLED MANY MEN and loved only one woman with a passion a FLEA like you could never begin to understand. That's who I am. NOW, GO HOME, BOY!”
We don't slide at Appalachian State. It's a sign of weakness.

Re: The J Cline Memorial Celebrity Obituaries
I missed the first part of the interview but NPR had a nice interview with a person that worked with Jesse Jackson. It was a nice reflection on the life of a man with NC and Greensboro connections.
This is my very generic signature added to each post.

I met reverend Jackson one time in D.C. One of the nicest guys you have ever met.
