They all still post on social media and seem to be encouraging this behavior. Seems they got off free.

I can't find the story, but on June 6 they all pled guilty and paid the cost of the the damages, appx. $10,000 total and each paid $680 in court costs and given a year of probation.
Two of them got in trouble again for cyberstalking, but I haven't followed what happened there.

Wasn't the cyberstalking thing before the graffiti?T-Dog wrote: ↑Fri Sep 29, 2017 1:06 pmI can't find the story, but on June 6 they all pled guilty and paid the cost of the the damages, appx. $10,000 total and each paid $680 in court costs and given a year of probation.

Also, I highly doubt they paid their fees themselves. Most likely mommy and daddy had to open their purses to pay for their little devils wrongdoings. None of them have jobs.

Re: Boone Vandalism Case
As of this date, no article exists in The Democrat's archives detailing the conclusion of the cases. None of the four "subjects" have a listing in the NC Offender database. Sounds like four "trust fund" gals with either BS/BA and/or graduate degrees from ASU and good attorneys cutting their teeth for membership in some group of anarchists. We may hear/see their names again one of these days. I hope to be wrong.
If it happens to the Apps, it happens to me!

I think the article was archived online. I know it was written and published because I wrote it. I have the court files in my desk.

Re: Boone Vandalism Case
They would be in the Offender List only if they were sentenced to jail or prison.asu66 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 29, 2017 1:27 pmAs of this date, no article exists in The Democrat's archives detailing the conclusion of the cases.
