One of the regional foods to try in Mobile is Conecuh Sausage for breakfast. It’s a smoked sausage but very good.

My wife is from Mobile & her family now lives in Baton Rouge. Whenever we drive down we always stop and load up. Oddly enough they actually sell it here in Concord occasionally at one of our butcher shops.
