Methinks a case could be made for that. I thought the same thing in the USA women v. England yesterday until Alyssa Naeher stopped the "gift" PK.

I thought it was a bad call in real time but the one view that the VAR had confirmed the foul.

Thanks, Charlie. I've watched it over and over, but...

I have a progressive and incurable visual impairment. I've completely lost the vision in one eye and the other isn't far behind. Doin' the best I can and putting my faith and trust in God. I still keep my regular appts at Duke Eye Center but my condition is beyond current medical knowledge.
Someday, treatment and a cure will be available but they will occur well outside of my life expectancy. I've accepted it.
