Final Reports: Gerlach drank heavily and drove while impaired

Seems there were two Gerlach reports...one conducted by a mysterious ECU mole/whistle-blower and one conducted by a law firm--neither exactly on the up and up. That's the good ol' UNC-BOG here always to "better" Higher Ed. in the Ol' North State. :roll:
