From what I've observed, UNCC has the worst obnoxious fan:normal fan ratio in the mid-major blogosphere. If you're on AGS, CSNBBS or some random school's forum, almost every single Charlotte fan is an arrogant douche. They've made their bed and now everyone hates them.

So to keep score, App is dominating the recruiting war and the PR war. Now if we could only get a game in the books we could sweep them entirely.

Right--as in, you might want to contact your administration about adding the study of megalomania to freshman orientation. That might cut down on the number of misguided, arrogant pricks in your alumni base. It might also lessen the number of freshman transfers (you know, like Capel) after you lose to Gardner-Webb this year.

Every fan base has loony fans. I'm sure you guys would agree. I think Charlotte's biggest problem is that most of our loons seem to have message board accounts. I went ahead and bolded that. I used to go over to the old MMB and talk college sports for days. After all this conference realignment though, it's like we can't even have a rational conversation between app and charlotte fans anymore. It's a shame really.

I'm all for keeping it classy, and I certainly do when interacting with any other fanbase, but at some point you have to fight fire with fire and these delusional rubes need to be put in their place.
