Great BBQ weekend in Kannapolis

Alright guys, This weekend is the inaugural Jiggy with the Piggy. It is the first annual Kansas City Style BBQ style competition. 60 teams from several states are competing. We started parking the competitors tonight.

Friday Night there is Fan choice Wings sampling and Saturday during the day there is a Fan's choice Que sampling.

Bands, fireworks and lots of vendors for Saturday.

Come to Kannapolis and have a little weekend fun....If you like Que this is the place for it this weekend!

Kansas City style is indeed a disgrace to barbeque. Give me Western style or nothin.

Our civic club hosted an inaugural KCBS BBQ cookoff in Knoxville this past weekend. Great event! Hope you have better weather than we did though!
