Not sure this is the best - We have HULU and ESPN plus. Seems to get the most for what I watch sports wise. At least on the college level.

Just get a Super Box and ESPN Plus. You won't miss a game.

Hulu (with live TV option), add the Disney bundle which includes ESPN+

You can pause or cancel subscription any time you want; I pause mine every summer and save 3 months of cost.

- as an FYI, idk if this applies, but if you're into rewards credit cards there are some that offer 5 or 6% rewards for streaming.

YouTube TV doesn't offer ESPN+....you can add it as a stand alone, but you'll have to go between different apps which is a pain.... I've never liked the layout of ESPN+ wesbite....it's so much better now that it's integrated into Hulu. I also think the picture quality is better on Hulu. Almost all streaming services offer a free trial of some type, so you can test them out.

HULU with live TV and ESPN+ -- watched every baseball game as well - ESPN+ has been a god-send to an old-fart who can't get out much and now watches everything on TV

I watched quite a few ASU basketball games on espn+ this past season and about 50% of the time it was so fuzzy I turned it off. Had to turn the sound down, too, because those calling the game were the D team, or F.

Fubo includes ESPN+ with their subscription, but they are missing a few channels (TBS/TNT/CNN) that some people may want. I’ve had FUBO for 3-4 years and have only missed those channels a couple of times

I love youtube TV because it travels. I can go amywhere and i have my youtube tv with me. Someone said above it has an awesome dvr that will record everything amd save it. I watch a lot of replays because i dont watch tv while the sun is up. Espn+ is a must have if you are an App fan. I think you can still get the Disney bundle that includes Hulu/disney/espn+ (does not include hulu live).

It is great while traveling. If a smart TV, I log in and have the channels on the guide in the order that I am accustomed to

Also a note on Fubo-if you travel internationally, it tends to work in places it maybe shouldn’t…I’ve watched it in several countries without issue

also pro tip with Youtube tv. You can create a family plan with 3 different household streams and with the 4k upgrade you get unlimited household streams.

So I split with 3 other buddies (we almost never are watching tv at the same time) and its like $30/month

I also like YoutubeTV for the reasons above. I spend my Saturdays at App football so I come home late Saturday and I have 40+ games in my library that I can watch throughout the week if I wish.

Plus it is the only way to get the NFL Sunday Ticket.

With Hulu, I’m not sure which is worse: their restrictions when we traveled? Or the fact that they raise the monthly fee every 5 minutes?

YouTubeTV has been my go to for a few years now. Couple it with the ESPN+/Hulu/Disney+ combo and typically get to watch whatever we want, whenever we want.
