Site attachment limit reached.

I was going to add a Pic to the merry Christmas page, but I was met with an error message stating that the board attachment quota had been reached. Is that something that could be easily fixed or is it due to a payment tier the board exists on?

I pruned some very old attachments. Should be okay now.
