RIP: "Car Talk" (NPR) star Tom Magliozzi
One of the Click and Clack brothers is gone. Alzheimer's! A sad reality for many families. I think it's insensitive/crude for CNN's web design folks to use the word "gossip" in the the URL. But that's just me. This, in no way, qualifies as gossip.

I'm not a "car guy," but I loved their show. Which, I think, is why it was so popular. Sad indeed, my late grandfather had Alzheimer's. It's just such a depressing disease.

I'm probably one of the more conservative MMB'ers around; but I listen to some NPR programming. I don't agree with a lot of it, but I'm open to other points of view. I just know they're wrong. heh heh heh!Rekdiver wrote:I loved those guys. Still listen to them on Satd's if if out driving somewhere. Car Talk is a classic--on any station. BTW, NPR will do a tribute show Saturday morning.
