Watching game 1 on ESPN3. Two things

1) We are up 4-3 in the bottom of the 6th.

2) and GATA takes on a whole new meaning I am not sure I am comfortable with with women's sports.

GS scores 3 in the bottom of the 7th to win 8-7.

I feel bad for the shortstop. Bad throw to 1st and then an error on a grounder and then next thing you know we lose the game.

If it was the Russell kid that is not her M.O. She is a baller, my daughter played against her when she was at North and she is a good player to help rebuild App. Sorry to hear she made a mistake at the wrong time.

Mistakes actually. Bad throw cost one out and the bad grab was a second out that would have closed the game.

I am sure she will overcome this and then more before Al is said and done.

Apps hit well, just too many errors.

I know this was an old thread but it wasn’t the Russell kid. She was out with a season ending injury.
