WFH at Davidson 11 AM

Meghan Dawson returns a talented and experienced young team and adds nine freshmen. Dawson's Apps defeated Davidson twice in 2017.

WVB at Wake Forest 2 PM

Matt Ginipro's team faces a tall WFU lineup but one that's predicted for a low finish in the ACC. The Apps are hopeful of putting a disappointing and injury-riddled 2017 season in the rear-view mirror. This will be a best of five exhibition.

At WFU, the Apps have just taken a 4 - 1 win over the Deacs. It's a long time until November, but it's a nice way to start the pre-season. I know, I know--3 - 1 wins. That fifth set had to be extra painful for Wake. (The initial agreement was for five sets regardless of the score.}

App wins at Wake Forest on a Friday night. I hope we can see that on the Football field in 2020.
