The Apps (1-2-1) entertain the South Carolina State Bulldogs (0-4) at 7 PM Friday evening in the first tilt of an unheard of six-game homestand. The two teams have had only one opponent in common in this young season. The Apps defeated Campbell 3-0 at home to begin the season. The Bulldogs lost a lopsided match 4-1 at Campbell just a week ago
Look for Redshirt Freshman Lauren Burke to start in goal for the Apps. Lauren picked up a clean sheet in her first collegiate start against a strong ODU side on Sunday evening in Norfolk. That effort earned Lauren the Sun Belt WSOC Defensive P-O-W award.
