VB: Apps subdue Furple & Winthrop to close OOC play

Junior OH Emma Longley and senior setter Becky Porter paced the Apps to wins in the last two OOC matches of the season. Longley totaled 35 kills while Porter dished out 90 assists in wins over Furman (3-1) and Winthrop (3-0). The Apps, now 8-4, go on the road again next week to begin Sun Belt play at Ga Sou and Ga State.
If it happens to the Apps, it happens to me!
