What’s up with Allison leaving just as season starts, there was no explanation on App sports site.

nephew is on golf team...no explanation given. Team hasn't heard from coach from what I know.

This is a shame. Jason Allison has been an asset to App and a real team player

This is a massive loss. Jason is well-respected by many people both inside and outside of App.
He has significant upside development potential, and not just as a golf coach.

Saw him at the socon tournament in Asheville today….probably watching his old VMI colleague, Dugger Baucom, coach the Citadel. Wonder if he will get back into bball coaching somewhere?
