In addition to both basketball teams losing and wrestling being shutout, Women's Tennis lost 7-0 to #3 UNC without winning a set.

This has really been an overall slide , downward for some years now.

Every team has had their budget slashed to help raise NIL for football. I hope people keep that in mind before criticizing the coaches of those teams.

And football hasn't got better, so while we can't blame the other sports for having budget slashed we do blame the overall situation for taking any glimmer of happiness in App State sports.

This all starts and ends with our AD and entire athletic administration. They did not embrace NIL and still continue to not have any significant push to raise additional NIL funds, it seems they are content at pure "revenue share" by pulling all but the scraps from other programs to pay for football. It is a new day and age in college sports, and has been for years now, and we continue to not adapt. What are we doing? We are acting like it is 2015 and trying to win with greater facilities and expanded stadium seats for highbrow ticket holders. Guess what, none of that will get a kid up the mountain anymore, it is all about the money to them now. Instead of getting suitors for NIL, we are still trying to get contributions for buildings. We need to get with the times.

I would guess that most that have money to give are older and don't want to support NIL. Most of our fan base just doesn't have the funds to get our NIL anywhere near what it needs to be to compete.

Gillin keeps on talking about "taking from one bucket to put in another bucket" when it comes to NIL and revenue sharing.

App State fans already pays more than any other G5 program for ticket prices. They can only donate or pull out their credit/debit card so many times.

That would include me, and I am proud to be in that group. Zero interest in having any money I give to the university go towards bribing athletes to stick around for a year.

Even she failed to win a set at UNC, after defeating her opponent during her run in the singles tournament in the Fall.

Just curious, which suitors should the Athletic Department pursue? And, what is the strategy/plan to get them?

So instead of prioritizing funding for a building that benefits many, you'd rather we find someone more interested in giving money to one kid that will jump the minute more money is offered?

If that's "getting with the times", I'm glad it seems the people in charge in Boone have their priorities straight.

Has Dr. Norris made any public statements of her views of NIL or is she staying out of that discussion???

Carson Beck - when asked about classes yesterday said “I graduated two years ago”

There is no more college football and all of this ripples down to all other sports since football was the cash cow that helped fund everything.

They are ruining all college sports if you missed my point.
