ULL is 0-3 in the SBC, 10-3 overall. Tells us that the SBC is a pretty tough VB league.

I don't know nor care much about volleyball except watching the babes at the beach play it, but how many sets comprise a win?

I have a daughter that plays. It's best three out of five. The first four sets/games are to 25 points, and the fifth set tiebreaker is to 15 points.

To add to that, every serve is a point. The team no longer needs to hold serve to score a point.

I coached high school volleyball for 14 years but that was back in the 70s and 80s. The game has changed though. In the past you had to have serve to score, but matches lasted forever. The new rules eliminate the side out and speed up the game to make every play count. Under the old rules, sets were to 15.

Was the librano (sp?) brought in at the same time the scoring change happened?
