Volleyball Question

I have a question for anyone with connections to the App volleyball program. Back in 2012, Coach Ginipro announced the signing of 6-0 Kat Ferrell, a tough outside hitter from Huron, Ohio for the incoming class of 2013.

At some point, she suffered a compound fracture of a finger on one of her hands. Her name has never appeared on our VB roster and she's not listed in the student database. Does anyone know where she is and what she's doing? Did the injury force her to give up the game?

Seems to me that if she suffered that injury at App, that her scholarship should have been honored. I'd appreciate learning what happened to Ms. Ferrell.
