For those interested Baseball went on the road and beat High Point 4-0 this afternoon/evening to even our record at 5-5. Next up was supposed to be a three game set this weekend in the Boro' but, from twitter, we are making up the snowed out game from Feb 15th at NC State tomorrow at 6. Hope that doesn't mess up our rotation for this weekend.

NC State baseball will host a makeup game from 2/15 against App State on Wednesday, March 4 at 6 PM.

Glad to see they aren't avoiding us. Hate it they will be less than 5 miles away from me and I can't attend.....Doh!

Good win yesterday, congrats to the team. As far as today goes, I've heard another winter storm is heading that way? Is that true? I know they're calling for snow up my way, Southern Maryland area.

I can't imagine our area getting a winter storm. It's supposed to be in the mid-70's today.

Raleigh. Not so sure I like this game here. We need to get off to a good start in conference.

Just looked on Weather.Com, 72 degrees at 6PM. Up my way, just a couple hundered miles or so, they're calling for ice (again). Damn It!!

NC State played ECU yesterday and used 6 pitchers so both teams will be in a similar position in terms of pitching. Considering all of the practice time we have missed due to weather I'm all for another chance for the guys to play before hitting the conference schedule.

Plus, we have 2 mid-week games against Georgia scheduled next week before playing a weekend series, and then have 2 games against WCU before traveling to Ark. State in April so it's not uncommon.

Just wait until tomorrow and tomorrow night. Around a 60 degree drop between today and tomorrow night. With Ice/Sleet/Snow.
