The still red hot Apps (8-4, 1-0 Sun Belt), even after a *whew* come from behind win at Troy last night, are in Mobile today for a Sun Belt match with the S.'Bama Jags (5-5, 0-1 Sun Belt). First serve is at 7:30 PM Eastern.

The Apps are playing well, despite a slow start at Troy. I was expecting trouble with that match. Had a bad feeling, but in the end, the Apps got their first conference road win of the season. That's a good omen.

Tonight, they face a well-coached Jag squad that was swept at home last night by the 10-1 Red Wolves of st/\te. No disgrace in that as st/\te is one of the best teams in the NCAA South Region.

Amy Hendrichovsky is a fine and highly successful collegiate VB coach and she will have her Jags ready for the Apps. The Jags won in Mobile last season in 5 sets--so we can expect a close affair again tonight.

That's good for a 9-4 record; 2-0 in the Sun Belt (two nice road wins).
