From twitter reports OF Kyrah Phelix (5' 5") of Piedmont High School in Monroe, NC has given her verbal commit to App State. Her NC Firecrackers and MaxPreps profiles are listed below. The Firecrackers profile has a skills video with it.

Just a quick note. We have some other 2017 commits and even a couple of 2018 commits to Coach Savage's program. I'm digging through my notes now and will add those to this thread and the 2018 thread asap.
