you notice the guys on the app bench touching knees signifying...oh my gosh...did that just happen? put his butt on the stripe till he at least hits the rim for 30 minutes after practice...heck make him go at least 5/10 then he can leave otherwise...its just a joke on app! better thought...coaches are supposed to coach...coach him on the finer points of free throw mechanics.

okam is a jokem. sit him. he needs to hit 50 free throws a practice like in coach carter before they let him go home

At least it wasn't too flat....nothing worse than a flat free throw hitting the back of the rim and bouncing out. Well, maybe this was a tad worse. ;)

just got a friendly jab from a friend in oregon....yikes....its def a hot hot hot vid right now. hope okam doesnt pull an english nurse after this embarrassment...ya know, capel could get out in front of this and do a video of him coaching free throws with okam and poking fun at themselves....humor goes better than hiding your head in the sand...or the black hole holmes cc

I doubt anyone at ASU is that creative in their thinking. It is a good idea, however.

Haha, it was just on Monday Night Football's C'mon Man segment. They even put a picture of Dwight Howard over the video with a speech bubble saying "C'mon man". Ouch. :lol:
