APP STATE / LA-Lafayette WX Trends

Unread post by WXAPP » Wed Nov 29, 2017 12:56 pm

I was out walking the dog this morning and stepped in some "Hudspeth". Reminded me to post a forecast this week. Think I'll have to bury my shoe, once it's been "Hudspeth'ed", you just never can get the stench removed. I'm just staying... :-)

OK.. on with weather....

Things look pretty good for game day. If you haven't made your way to THE ROCK this season, this should be perfect. Clouds early, will give way to partly cloudy skies and kickoff temps near 50. Football weather my friends, football weather.

8 AM: Mostly cloudy - mid 30s

10 AM: Mostly cloudy - low 40s

NOON:
Partly sunny - mid 40s

KICKOFF:
Partly sunny - near 50

HALFTIME: Partly cloudy - low 50s

END OF GAME: Partly cloudy - mid 40s

Enjoy my fellow Mountaineers! PACK THE ROCK!

GO MOUNTAINEERS!

We need to be there, loud and proud, for these seniors. They are the ones who got us over the hump in our transition and got us back to our winning ways.
Lamb, Boggs, stringer, nunn, etc. have played their hearts out and will be sorely missed. We need to recognize their contributions at their last home game, and next to last game ever as a mountaineer

Right now looks pretty good... Partly to mostly cloudy skies, looks like rain chances are done by early Friday afternoon.

Don't mean to step on your toes, but I have it from a reliable source from Cajun Country that we will have arctic cold and massive snow fall on Friday night before we can even think about bussing in to Boone on Saturday.

No major changes to the forecast thinking for Saturday. Man I hope Hudspeth packed his anti polar bear spray... Those bears love some Cajun spices...
