This rendering is old and not correct. Architect is CJMW. They were the previous architect who did the first concepts that my company was involved in. The builder will be picked from CM style!
When will we be able to see the updated/new rendering?

Were they recently selected at the BOT meeting?

I was under the impression that there were several designers that were submitting conceptual plans and then a decision would be made on who gets the contract.

They sent an updated rendering in the mountaineer impact catalog recently. Not sure how to get that into here.

I have a pic on my phone and this is terrible because I am a millennial so I should know how to do this but I can never figure out how to post pics on the board. Maybe it's because I do everything from a phone/IPAD. If someone can help, I'll be glad to post!

Either send the pic to your computer (bluetooth, usb cable, etc) and put it where you know it is or see where it's stored on your phone. Then open a new post and use the "attachments" tab listed just under the "Save Draft, Preview, Submit" buttons (beside Options). You can upload the pic (phone or computer) from there. Use the Preview tab to make sure everything comes through and it doesn't need any work or resizing but that should do it.

I dont own an actual computer. Just tried what you said on my phone and it says the file is too large. Any ideas on how to shrink the file(for a lack of a better term)? Any takers on a meme for honey I shrunk the file?

One way to do it using an IPhone.

For an Android I saw several resize photo apps in the Play Story. Several were free ones. You can also email the image to yourself and you can resize that way as it gives you that option.

A few things to keep in mind. This is a rendering, not the exact thing so just think concept. The pic included only showed the inside of the stadium. To me it also looks like the seats may have moved out some since the track was removed as some have discussed but that is just a guess from the rendering. The wall doesn't look as high and it looks like there's a darker shade on the away side that extends past where the bleachers currently are.

Looks like some "loge" seating in the middle and no suite areas.

Methinks you're right about that. I suspect that middle section will include some type of upscale seating and that an enclosed panoramic clubroom (casual seating, restrooms, concessions and bar) will occupy the top level.
If it happens to the Apps, it happens to me!

Whatever the end result is I am sure it will be a lovely addition and sight to see at KBS. Personally I will probably pass on even a chance at those seats. Never been a big fan of end zone view.
