“The Ricks Athletics Complex comprises the athletics-focused footprint of campus that includes Kidd Brewer Stadium, Sofield Family Indoor Practice Facility, Appalachian Tennis Courts, Sywassink/Lloyd Family Stadium and Owens Field House. Sitting at the north end of Kidd Brewer Stadium, Owens Field House will soon be replaced with a new $38.2 million facility that will be a centerpiece of the growing athletics complex.”

I knew I saw a crane sitting on the track the other day. I was wondering what was going on.

I wonder what the "tamper free period" is when it comes to naming rights. Say I win the lotto tomorrow and want to donate $11M ASAP, how soon could I expect to get the "NO.2 Athletics Complex" up in the big, shiny black?

The new dorm that replaces Winkler could have your name on it OR you could endow the BEER BBrewer Major?

I heard they were going to remove some seating to expand the track a few more lanes.

Isn’t that the name of Georgia Southern’s facility? 💩

I don't get it. It sounds like he was put on the BOT because he donated money. Is that the way it usually works? :?:

That sux.
I somewhat agree with naming facilities after donors, however.

I have no problem whatsoever with his BOT appointment. I am still unclear about how he amassed his vast fortune, but since it appears privacy is his life's work, I assume he prefers it that way.
