Under the current circumstances, I think we should make every possible effort to pack the Rock. There are some very good recruits that may soon be released to go wherever they please. There is a lot going on right now that is beyond our (fans) control, but we can send the strong message to recruits and current players that App State football will continue to be supported, and will continue to thrive regardless of who wears the headsets.

Arguments are being made for dumping conference championship games in lieu of expanded playoffs . That being said if Saturday was instead an opening round playoff against a good team would attendance be any better?

I think there is a combination with the weather forecast being terrible, and the opponent we are playing. We aren't playing the 2nd best team in the conference and many alumni I've talked to have stated they could just watch that on TV. The whole East/West thing is stupid and it should just be 1v2.

To me the ends of the stadium are barely sold. The middle parts look a whole lot better as far as ticket sales go.

My wife has knee surgery Friday. I'm thinking of leaving her in the deck with some chips and water and going to the game. Put her in the 3rd row seat prop her leg up, w couple blankets. I think it works.

It's a Championship game for our football team! If you can't afford to be at this game, that's okay, but don't minimize it's importance!!! This team deserves our support and it's another game at THE ROCK!!! C'mon man!!!

Disappointing to see these numbers. Weather, opponent, holiday season may be valid arguments for a regular season game but I would have thought the historical significance of this game would drive numbers up.

Not passing judgment on those who can’t make it happen, just surprised at how low these numbers are, if they are indeed accurate.

My wife and I are making the trip along with a few alum friends and we’ll be loud! My wife is actually an ECU grad, but I have converted her to the Black and Gold. She even has an App decal on her car and nothing ECU related. She is just as excited about this game as I am!

Oh no Ill be there. I just like to give alternate opinions. I do loathe the seperate divisions, just makes it less enjoyable. I would much rather us play Troy, or OSU play Michigan again. But that's just how the cookie crumbles.

This might be ugly, tons of tickets. Anybody know if the seats at the top on the west side sec 203, 204 and 205 are protected by the club seat over hang, looking at that in case of rain.
