As someone from Winston-Salem which is a big Lexington BBQ hub, I prefer ENC BBQ by far. Vinegar all day!

You people have it all wrong. Eastern NC BBQ is great, Texas BBQ is great, Western NC BBQ is great. The only way to screw it up is go to SC and lather mustard on it. Go BBQ!

Yeah that's what I saw. Either way, don't put any stock into Wikipedia. I could go on there right now and say Nick Saban is the App State head coach.

Josh Gattis (born January 15, 1984) is a former American football safety who is currently the Head Coach at Appalachian State University. Gattis was born in Durham, North Carolina . He was drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the fifth round of the 2007 NFL Draft .

Minutes before it gets locked. I was tempted to change it to "Head Coach of the Texas State Armadillos" or "Head Coach of The Monstars" to prove a point, but that IP ban would burn one day when I really needed to update the Twilight wiki.

Um. I mean. Some other wikipedia page that's totally appropriate for a grown man to update regularly.

Now, back to BoJangle’s...what is your favorite way to have a Cajun Filet Biscuit prepared? One of mine is add cheese and hot sauce. I’ve also seen one with bacon egg and cheese added with hot sauce, but I’m afraid to try it.

Its not so much that we don't get Gattis as it is who we get instead of gattis.
