Looks like another choke coming in. Fox can't close out the game.

One of our better games but can’t seem to hit shots when it matters. Much better free throw shooting though!

Lack of inside game leads to lack of ball movement and jacking up threes. Same crap different court.

Too many times I saw players standing around instead of moving - both offensively and defensively. Ike had a 1 on 3 breakaway at one point, missed and yet we got beat down the court even though 4 of our guys never crossed midcourt. Lot of laziness.

We just can't close. How uncontrolled Shabazz is at times makes me shake my head. No inside game... None.

This. Whoever started the thread about needing a change in the program can shove it. This was one of the worst programs in the country just 4 years ago. Am I happy with the close loses to Bama, WSU, Ball St, ECU, USF & GU? No. But progress is being made. A solid number 2 is still missing and the inside game leaves a ton to be desired. I do think these close games with bigger programs will have a positive effect come conference play.

Like so many of our games, we play well for 3/4s of the game and then let it slip away because we become impatient and force bad shots.

I know the over reaction and negative comments are coming. So to you constant haters. We just hung with Georgetown until the very end. I'm looking forward to seeing what our boys can do in conference play. If we show no improvement with our peers then I will change my tune. But we have not a cupcake ooc schedule which is great for the team so long as they don't read the average thread about their games. Hopefully it will make them ready for the conference. I'm not a pessimist so I believe in my school and will never rip them publicly.
For all the consistent haters, I almost hope that Fox continues to turn this program around just for you to eat Crow as bad as I want them to because I'm a true fan.
Ripping a coach in the off-season or even at the very end of a season is one thing but during our players season especially at the beginning is just not cool.
Forever optimistic & proud of our boys while they are playing!! Go App!! Beat the Buffaloes on Thursday.

I want to eat crow. But I don't care for people telling me to stop hating.

I'm not going to say we got out coached cause I didn't see the entire game. I'm happy with the way they came out after Saturday's loss and they seemed prepared and I'm happy they ran some offensive. Regardless of the loss they can still learn from this one and build more from it.

Fair enough. But, we are seeing the same inability to finish a game. After 9 D1 games, did you expect us to be 2-7?HBTApps wrote: ↑Tue Dec 18, 2018 8:32 pmI know the over reaction and negative comments are coming. So to you constant haters.
