Yeah, oops. The 247 article I posted had an additional paragraph that I didn't notice after an ad.
Here is the link to the fall sports streaming schedule.

I’d like to see 3 and 6 on the field at the same time. But not if I’m the other squad.

Anyone think we’ll have a good peak inside Muschamp’s playbook for November?

Glad we are back to talking football. So the staff is complete...again. We have 3 national championship rings among them. There is no denying the quality of this staff on paper. It shouldn't be hard to get the players to buy in. Sutton's tweets already confirm this, as do others'. We are picking up some quality recruits. Now the coaches need to gel and formalize the vision. If our talent on the field is able to translate from the resumes on the sidelines we should be top 20 by midseason.

Still worried bout d fence. Roof is not historically 100 percent good for cause.

I disagree about Roof. The more I learn about him and hear him speak in interviews, the better I feel. On-field success is often about chemistry and "fit". Roof has the knowledge and experience. I think he fits into the App culture. He has good assistants working for him. I just don't see an "up side" to holding onto those doubts. The vetting is done and the decision is made. Trust the visor. You'll enjoy the ride a lot more this off season.Woodstovegang wrote: ↑Sun Jan 27, 2019 10:14 pmStill worried bout d fence. Roof is not historically 100 percent good for cause.

I am one who thinks that coordinators get WAY too much credit (especially the ones who are tabbed geniuses) and often WAY too much criticism. Any coach can look great with talent. If a team is bereft of talent ain’t no coordinator gonna matter. We have a great thing going in Boone and like many have said, just keep it going. Unless Roof goes to a 2-2-7 or something crazy we will be dominant on defense.

The problem with a 2-2-7 is that you have to play press coverage the entire game. Re: Coach Drink Staff Thread
I suspect Eli will run the offense with a more heavy pass/rush ratio than we have previously seen under Satt & Co. Not saying Drink will abandon the run or anything but I suspect we will look a lot more like our game against PSU than Troy/ULL games last year. Therefore, he will use our players in space even more.

Having the #1 Defense, #2 fewest turnovers and #3 ability to run the ball/control the clock is the way to get our 4th SB Championship.

Re: Coach Drink Staff Thread
I agree that we will likely see more passing than we have historically but I would think even a coach who leans to throwing the ball will make adjustments in order to keep those offenses (ULL and Troy) off the field. He'll have his own version of ball control.

Re: Coach Drink Staff Thread
Drink has said he wants the ability to move as fast as anybody when we want to, and slow it down and control the clock when we need to. With 2- 1,000 yard receivers and a 1,000 rusher, I think he knows how to spread the ball around and mix up the play calling.
