2019: What are you looking forward to?
With spring practice starting, obviously we are all excited about the upcoming season. As a way to pass the time, what specific things are each of you excited to see??
Here’s mine...
1. Excited to see Zac under the tutelage of Drink, and in Drink’s offense.
2. Can’t wait to see Corey Sutton explode in this offense.
3. Our stable of RB’s. Evans & Williams Jr are gonna be studs...but I am absolutely giddy to see Cam Peoples. Jumped out of my shoes watching that TD run in the NO Bowl. (Harrington could be a beast too!)
4th. Excited and cautiously optimistic to see how the D performs. Really excited about our LB’s!!
GO APPS!!

Re: 2019: What are you looking forward to?
I'm excited to see whether Coach Drink and his new staff can mix things up just enough to make things REALLY difficult on our opponents. Not complaining about the former coaches at all but I do think we have left options on the table and a more balanced approach can make us almost impossible to defend. I think we finally have all the pieces in place to find out (OL, QB, WR, RB) to fully exploit any weakness in the defensive schemes. In the past, there has generally been a piece missing or "under development" and we never quite got there.

Re: 2019: What are you looking forward to?
I could not say it any better. Obviously many of us add the NY6 bowl to the list but that is not really in our control. I would love to see a bowl matchup with a legit P5 team- provided we take care of business and go at least 12-1 (to include the conference championship). Excited!!MAD Doctor wrote: ↑Wed Feb 27, 2019 6:17 amDefending our championship.

Re: 2019: What are you looking forward to?
Three things really:
1. Hang 60 on Easy Teasy in the opener. I still hate those bastards.
2. Beat the damn Tar Holes.
3. Revenge on the Stink birds for last years fiasco.
We do those three things and everything else falls into place.

I forgot to mention that also but that's a given, isn't it? That's like saying that I'm looking forward to breathing.appstate24 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 27, 2019 9:54 amIn my original post, I forgot to mention revenge against the rednecks from gnatsboro. Looking forward to the excuses of those against the Drink hire and all of his assistant hires.

I don’t recall even the most eccentric members of our fanbase being against the Drink hire. I am looking forward to Roof silencing the critics.NattyBumppo'sRevenge wrote: ↑Wed Feb 27, 2019 3:43 pmLooking forward to the excuses of those against the Drink hire and all of his assistant hires.
Re: 2019: What are you looking forward to?
I hear you. But, PLLEEZZE tell me you mean Paris, Texas. I would rather spend my anniversary in Statesboro, Ga. than go to Paris, France. The problem with Paris, France is the Parisians. Even the Iggles are better behaved. Sure, they got some nice buildings and some fancy paintings, and if that's all you got to see, fine. And, then there's the people.AppfaninCAALand wrote: ↑Wed Feb 27, 2019 8:03 amHere is what I'm looking forward to in 2019
