There was a Twitter post a few days ago that showed the path the visitors will take on their walk down from the Quinn. Two trips up and down - pre-game- half, and end of game. Not sure where the buses will drop them off.

Was the quinn not also used some years ago when the current locker room was being constructed?

Eventually the visitors will use current locker room and App will use locker rooms in NEZ. There are no plans to put both locker rooms in the NEZ as far as I know. This is what happens when you design a stadium in piecemeal fashion, but we have no other choice.
