Re: UNC vs App TV
I believe it's Fox Sports - South, which my provider does not offer. It's also listed as ACCNX, which is the streaming only part of the ACC Network. I was hopeful that I could watch that way, but The Citadel vs. Georgia Tech game on Saturday was blacked out in my area, which makes me think the same will be true for the App game. At this point, it looks as if there is going to be no way for me to see it.
If anyone figures it out, please post.

Re: UNC vs App TV
One of the Fox Regional Sports Networks (RSN) will carry it. Fox Sports South or Fox Sports Southeast (which is the old Turner SportSouth from what I can tell. ) I don't think Dish carries Fox RSNs. You may be out of luck.

The website below may or may not be legal in your country but they stream games over the internet. You may or may not pick up a virus and you may or may not have to sit through "Adult" ads to get to content. In doing some educational research I have noticed that about any game involving FBS/FCS/DII/DIII that is shown over the air/cable/streaming on ESPN+ platforms often end up at this website. This site used to be on www.reddit.com/r/CFBstreams I have never noticed games that are carried only on school based streaming services (think appstatesports.com) having links. It is really up to someone forwarding the stream over the internet and generally FBS games are taken care of.

Re: UNC vs App TV
I don't have the desire to look at the upcoming ACC schedule but an ACC-ACC matchup would carry more interest in the ACC footprint from Miami to New England. I assume there are some of those this coming weekend.Black Saturday wrote: ↑Sun Sep 15, 2019 5:38 pmSpectrum?
It's odd that this game has a low tv profile

Re: UNC vs App TV
I'm excited as hell about Miami playing Central Michigan.
Maybe we still have a chance, there are some networks that are TBD - To Be Determined
Spectrum doesn't have Fox Sports South that I can tell.

Maybe they prefer to show games that are more likely to have an ACC victory. Though us opening the BTN in 2007 make that network grow like crazy.Black Saturday wrote: ↑Sun Sep 15, 2019 6:10 pmI'm excited as hell about Miami playing Central Michigan.

Re: UNC vs App TV
I don't get Fox Sports South either, but in my area (central VA), every game this season marked ACCNX has been listed for viewing on my PS4's ESPN app (App-UNC is listed now) but have been blacked out. Instead, they were all broadcast on the local CW affiliate or NBCSports Washington. I'm assuming this game will be the same. Good luck finding it in your area.appst89 wrote: ↑Sun Sep 15, 2019 5:47 pmI believe it's Fox Sports - South, which my provider does not offer. The ACCNX games are sold for syndication instead of broadcast on ACCN.

Re: UNC vs App TV
I just checked my listings for next week. If anyone else on this board is in VA, MD, or DC, App v UNC is scheduled to be shown live on NBCSports Washington.

My listing for NBCSW shows Wake vs. Elon from 12:00-3:30 and then Redskins stuff through the rest of the afternoon.AppfaninCAALand wrote: ↑Sun Sep 15, 2019 7:28 pmI just checked my listings for next week. Edit to add: I just looked on the NBCSW site and the game is listed as NBCSW Plus, which appears to be their streaming service. I clicked on the Watch Live link and got a message that I have to be a subscriber to NBC Sports Mid-Atlantic to view the stream.

Re: UNC vs App TV
I am willing to bet you will need to carry the ACC Network to watch it through ESPN+. I dropped ESPN last year since I was paying for ESPN+. I was tired of giving them money to turn around and then give the money to the Prig5 conferences and give a few pennies to the Great5 conferences. Anyway I see ESPNU and ESPN2 pop up on a good bit of football games each week and when I try and watch one of those games online it requires me to log in to my DircTV account to prove I carry ESPN channels. Since I cant prove I carry those channels I can't watch.
If ACCN is free with ESPN then you should be good to go but I assume it is yet an extra cost above and beyond reguar ESPN/2. I think ESPNU is also an extra fee.

Re: UNC vs App TV
They know your general location from your IP address. One may be inside a blackout region/district and another not. Sometimes those lines are in weird or what would seem like odd locations.AppfaninCAALand wrote: ↑Sun Sep 15, 2019 9:25 pmThat is weird they would different. Re: UNC vs App TV
My ESPN+ has the APP vs UNC with a 'lock' on it, along with a few other games. Anyone know what this means, other than I'm SOL. Anyway around that? I'd think the game is or almost a sellout, why the heck is it a blackout? I surely don't want to listen to the Hole broadcast.
