"How many of yall are making the trip to ULL?" - love it.

Good comments all around. 48 hours...

I couldn't get it to play. What did I do wrong?

Even if we win, they will discredit the win because of interceptions or special teams, which are all part of the game.

At least when we lost this season, we were fairly humble about it.
Unless I missed a game, we haven't lost a game this season.
Exactly ;)

Also, I watched it on my phone and scrolled to the 7:30 or so mark. I didn't have any issues, maybe a bit of buffering due to my connection.

Pepsi. That’s who we have our contract with, also.

Mountain Dew is a Pepsi Co brand, but in Boone, it is distributed by Dr Pepper Bottling Company. DP Bottling Co is a small family ran bottler that has “grandfather” rights to distribution in the high country. It’s funny, because Mtn Dew is Pepsi’s bread and butter and they don’t even own the distribution rights to it in Boone.

I feel like we always play poorly in these midweek ESPN games. This game gives me spooky feelings. I can see UL beating us and crushing our hopes and dreams.

The school did recently resign with Pepsi, but they have an addendum to include Dr Pepper Bottling Co so Mtn Dew and Dr Pepper can be included on campus and in the stadium. Given the amount of money Pepsi coughed up for the deal and the fact that they don’t distribute Mtn Dew to subsidize the cost, it’s got to be burning a nice hole in their pocket.

Props for not putting the period after the Dr in Dr Pepper.

Look at a can. There is no period after Dr on the label. They don’t even use one when referring to it in text. Why? Aesthetics, I guess, but it’s not a part of their trademarks.

Coach Drink has received a year's supply of DMD and lots of swag. He discussed it on Mountaineer Talk a few weeks back.

Those heading to the game, check out T-Coon's for the best breakfast in Lafayette. Had no idea what I ordered, as their accent was kinda thick but the owner ordered for my wife and me - a different dish each and we both like both of the dishes.

Yeah, never knew of any other way. Your statement went over my head. I work in the industry, so I better not get something like that wrong.
