We must be allergic to big crowds in the Holmes Center.

well...we're looking pretty horrible today but we tend to bounce back after losses...get this game over with and beat ULM

Close to a 40 point swing from the first meeting. Ouch

1. I like Dustin Kerns just fine.
2. That was discouraging.
3. We don’t quit.
4. Cliff Ellis can still coach a bit.

Wow, what a comeback. May be too late, but one more stop and we have a chance.

Flip the switch earlier , what a blown opportunity. Beat in every phase of the game .CCU improves to .500.

We shouldn’t have lost this one, but it might keep us out of the Little Rock bracket for a while, so that’s good.

We were sleep walking three quarters of the second half. I don’t understand it with so much to play for , Senior day , best crowd of the season , a first round bye. Perhaps a shot at 20 wins. Frustrating when we know we can , but just don’t get it done.

Our seniors deserved this game...double-doubles from Isaac Williams and Hunter Seacat and big points from O'Showen Williams in front of a season high crowd of 3,027.

Then gutsy play from frosh Kendall Lewis, a meager seven points from the bench...all from Adrian Delph and not much help from elsewhere.

Oh yeah, we did get a sour, quitting attitude from one player leading to a well-deserved mid-game benching.

Sad...

oh well...at least right now we still have something to play for...more than we could say the last decade of App bball. Hopefully we can pick up a road win over ULM Tuesday...would get us to 17 wins...maybe even earn a birth in the CIT or CBI....maybe even make some noise in our conference tourny. Anyway you look at it this year has been a significant improvement. This team has a no quit attitude and Kearns seems to be the man to get us back to being competitive

We have a very good staff. The future is much brighter but today was disappointing.

Yes, you still have to hustle and play defense—even when you can’t hit a bull in the ass with a bass fiddle.

First basketball game I’ve been to since I moved away in 2007. Holmes had no life until the last 5 minutes. The band did their job but the “mountaineer menace” wasn’t very menacing and the rest of the crowd sat on their hands.

Players play the game. Fans create the atmosphere. We all need to do better.

Seems like every time they get a decent crowd, they lay an egg. Unfortunate timing.

This school is thirsty for a winner on the hardwood. We are definitely closer than we were a year ago.

We’re the jerks in attendance?

Now ULM is a must win or UTA with a win vs Troy gets the last bye seed.
