Knew the rest of you couldn't come out and admit that you miss the track
Re: Kidd Brewer looked great on TV
KBS did look good. When finished the NEZ will be very nice.
Wish we could add some lighting. It was foggy raining Saturday but night games always look dark on TV. ( a night game looks dark lol). You can see fine when there at night games though.
Also noticed the black block As on the field level walls. Looks like new wrap on the walls too. I prefer no wrap though.
Looks like SBC has new field logo which is hard to make out. GS & Tx St had it on their fields.
Can’t wait to see KBS on a sunny day Full !! The place is looking good.

Lighting upgrades definitely have to be somewhere fairly high up on the agenda...especially with other conference brethren making financial commitments in that regard. We don't want to get left behind on the LED bandwagon and all the playing around with fun color lighting and such (here is looking at those Georgia Southern blue-outs) so I'd imagine it's on the to-do list when the $$$ is found.1ASU78 wrote: ↑Tue Sep 15, 2020 4:28 amKBS did look good. Re: Kidd Brewer looked great on TV
I’m not knowledgeable on the lighting side but what could be done to improve it? Just install new light towers? Replace the lights themselves?
Also what are the plans for lighting up the NEZ? Lights under the stands? An LED banner/screen just like we have on the East and west side? Need to make that side pop!

Field and stadium looked great. Does anyone else think we need to find someway to move our production room to a better location? Those cameras are so high up sometimes it makes you look like your 20 miles from the field. Small things, but if we are going to start being on national tv regularly its something to think about.

This 100 times. It's hard to watch our ESPN Plus games in particular. The cameras are so high, you don't get a good view.MtnMan09 wrote: ↑Tue Sep 15, 2020 11:03 amField and stadium looked great. Re: Kidd Brewer looked great on TV
I posted this earlier but I am confused. What track are you talking about? Did the production do a remote shot of the Hwy 105 expansion. That is the only track I know we have ever had, though it needs some work from what I hear.Yosef's Musket wrote: ↑Tue Sep 15, 2020 4:51 pmThat's a good thing. Re: Kidd Brewer looked great on TV
It’s a bummer not being able to show west slide and press box/suites and students when the east can look very silver bench like during poor attendance. I wish they’d put cameras on east looking west...I know sunlight might play a factor but gotta do somethingBUTCH1991 wrote: ↑Tue Sep 15, 2020 2:02 pmThis 100 times. IDK. If more lights or brighter LED. But Something to help the on field appearance. Get NASCAR to light it up!HkyMtneer wrote: ↑Tue Sep 15, 2020 5:34 amLighting upgrades definitely have to be somewhere fairly high up on the agenda...especially with other conference brethren making financial commitments in that regard.
