I agree, but it's such a short turn around for a sport that involves many more athletes and that logistically travel all over the country. I don't think every city/state/university will be on the same page like they need to be to make it work. And when you put all of those together sadly politics also plays a role. You'd have to have all schools on board to get this rolling and I just can't see it happening in a little over 2 months. I'm sure some will analyze the cost factors as well. I hope I am completely wrong about it.Saint3333 wrote: ↑Tue May 12, 2020 9:04 pmMissing the point. A month ago those weren’t possible either, we will adapt and find solutions./\PP ST/\TE GRAD 09 wrote: ↑Tue May 12, 2020 5:00 pmUFC and NASCAR are apples to orange comparisons to college football. Organizations are finding solutions, we will continue to do so.
If we change nothing as of today you are correct there won’t be a football season, if we continue to learn where the risks are and take precautions we can salvage many things society isn’t currently doing. Looking forward to each “normal” activity as we progress.
UFC fighter or NASCAR driver test positive that's an individual who can't compete. Handful of players on a close to 100 player college football team test positive the team likely wouldn't be allowed to compete.
