It's gold. The jokes are truly terrible. A&M's pretty weird.

The fans around us were apologizing for the chants before they even started the game. It's even funnier now, but definitely not a reflection of the people I encountered. Even walking back from the bar district, a group of drunk kids were talking loud for us to hear and one said something about "app-a-layshun" and another kid in their group said "it's App-a-latch-un dumbass. We need to get it right" and was dead serious. Again, I can't say enough about how friendly everyone was.

It’s meaningless trash talk that aged poorly.

I mean it’s cool they get the turn out, but I honestly can’t understand most of their rambling mess. And they need better jokes. You notice most people don’t laugh at it.

What was embarrassing was how bad their jokes were. I don't care if they want to take some shots at us but you gotta do better than that. I love a good joke even if I am the butt of the joke but it has to be good.

No need for apologies either. I hate all the woke folks not letting people have a good time doing stupid stuff.

My best friend and I were there. Some observations
1. Some of the friendliest people I have ever met both before and after the game.
2. Stadium set up was incredibly good.
3. App fans definitely won the cheering battle in the stands. We put the 12th man to shame.

Reddit is absolutely butchering A&M for using DCMA to have the video removed. They’ve made it 10x worse on themselves than it would have been if they had just owned it.

I'm in the camp of "not a big deal, let them make fools of themselves", but I can't help but think of our school getting roasted over a couple students yelling inaudible things at Marshall players yet this school sanctioned disrespect takes place weekly.

I would say in the long run that move will be worse than just the video.

I just watched the whole video.

That was, uhh... that was something. I can get behind showing up at midnight to show some support for your team, but the jokes were a whole other kind of embarrassing. And the way they're handling it now is just fanning the flames.

Here's the whole Midnight Yell Practice. The two overall guys with white shirts marched from the 50 to opposite goal lines and back for 30 minutes before it started and then did the worst pushups I've ever seen for like 5 minutes.
