Re: Hickory MBB
I suppose you are directing this my way. I have lived in Hickory since 1994, and immediately beside the LR campus for more than 6 years. Trust me, LR has it going on.CharlotteApp05 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 30, 2025 7:18 pmQueens had some pride too….. Ive heard pretty informed stories of how big of a financial mess they were in. Im not saying LR is in bad shape, I have no idea. What i am saying is things people thought were not possible are becoming possible. The difference between the haves and have nots has created unsustainable financial situations and we will see more mergers. LR most likely wouldnt be a target other than location, but if you think public schools cant participate, you are wrong….
We already have a campus/former office building in Hickory. It is nothing compared to LR.

Did Laney come out of retirement for this or, well, what was Lanel's career path after his exit from App StateASUFan4863 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 30, 2025 10:37 amIt also could be affected by LR changing ADs in September. As many know, former App AD Roachel Laney served as the Interim AD before a new Director of Athletics was hired in December.
This is my very generic signature added to each post.
