Our group signed up for the ASU tailgate from the alumni website. $15/person isn't too bad considering I don't have to worry about carrying my grill down to Charleston.AppState89 wrote:4 coming from High Point.....

Re: Citadel roll call
Is the game still on? Heard rumor shutdown could impact and ESPN has a story up on Air Force, navy, army, but no mention of citadel, vmi. Rumblings existed before...I thought nothing of that being part of the shutdown before ESPN story.

Re: Citadel roll call
The Citadel and VMI are state-funded schools, like Appalachian. Shouldn't be a problem.

Re: Citadel roll call
We always just buy tickets pre-game and it's never been an issue in the past. Expect the same this year.1ASUFAN wrote:Just decided to spend the weekend in Charleston and go to the game. Any problem getting 2 tickets????

We'll be there from Virginia. 2 of us by way of Surfside Beach to stay with some friends. The Charleston/Citadel trip is our favorite road trip and will be missed. If you're looking for great seafood and a unique atmosphere in the Charleston area, try "THE WRECK of the Richard & Charlene". A restaurant on Shem Creek in Mt. Pleasant. Great views and Great food. GO APPS!

Re: Citadel roll call
I thought of this too. I actually called the Citadel ticket office and they said the game isn't affected because they are state schools.Appalachman wrote:Is the game still on?
