According to Satt today, had surgery last week and is done for the year.

Well that sucks. Hate it for him.

He should be eligible for an NCAA medical hardship waiver if he and his coaches want to pursue it.

In team sports, the injury or illness must occur when the student-athlete has not participated in more than three contests, or dates of competition, or 30 percent of the institution’s scheduled or completed contests or dates of competition in his or her sport. Only scheduled or completed competitions against outside competition, or against outside participants during the playing season that concludes with the NCAA championship, or if so designated, during the official NCAA championship playing season in that sport [e.g., spring baseball, fall soccer], shall be countable under this limitation in calculating both the number of contests or dates of competition in which the student-athlete has participated, and the number of scheduled or completed contest or dates of competition in that season of the sport.

First of all, I hope that all goes well for Logan. By all accounts, he truly seems like a good student athlete and model citizen as well.
Secondly, I hope that Critcher or whoever takes over holding does get a lot of reps this week as these guys can literally make or break a game in the closing minutes.

Wow. Similar to Kam two years ago, Logan got hurt on his third play in the game at QB and is lost for the season.
